KLIMT 1918 – 11 Octombrie – Cluj Napoca

Klimt1918, autorii unui melanj Indie/Alternative/Post Rock ce nu putea veni decat din Italia, se intorc in aceasta toamna in tara noastra la invitatia Flowing Mist.

Dupa recitalul de anul trecut in cadrul Stufstock 5 si la doar 3 luni de la lansarea noului album “Just In Case We’ll Never Meet Again”, Marco, Paolo, Davide si Francesco fac prima lor vizita in Transilvania pentru concertul de sambata, 11 Octombrie. Irish & Music Pub din Cluj Napoca va gazdui evenimentul iar Luna Amara, Twisted Cables si Alternativ Quartet sunt cele trei trupe invitate sa completeze seara.

Concertul va incepe la ora 19:00, va dura pana spre miezul noptii si va fi urmat de un after party la care vor participa si membrii trupelor.

Influentele celor de la Klimt1918 s-au schimbat de la album la album variind de la Katatonia, Anathema, The Cure la U2, Dredg, Interpol, Dandy Warhols sau chiar Sigur Ros. Dupa un EP ancorat in metalul anilor 90, albumul lor de debut, “Undressed Momento”, a deschis trecerea spre New Wave si Alternative in timp ce “Dopoguerra” si “Just In Case…” penduleaza intre Post-Rock si Indie, pastrand insa accente din vechile stiluri.

Klimt1918, the leading quartet blending Indie, Post-Rock, New Wave into an unique sound that couldn’t come from anywhere else but Italy, are coming back to Romania this autumn.

After last year’s show at Stufstock 5 and just months after the release of their 3rd Full Album, “Just in Case We’ll Never Meet Again”, Marco, Paolo, Davide and Francesco will make their first visit to Transylvania for their show on October 11th. The Irish & Music Pub in Cluj Napoca will host the show, and Luna Amara, Twisted Cables and Alternative Quartet are the 3 guest bands that will complete this evening.

The show is scheduled to start at 19:00, end around midnight and will be followed by a nightlong after party.

Tickets cost 30 RON (around 8 EURO) and will soon be available throughout the country and also to be reserved online.
